With more than 12 years of experience, Jeremiah’s refined skillset has proven valuable to some of the industry’s most reputable names including world-renowned Real Estate Coach, Tom Ferry, for whom he served three years. As a funded Proprietary Trader for a Futures and Commodities firm in Chicago, Jeremiah is equipped with a unique understanding of the interplay between macroeconomics and real estate trends, an everchanging relationship that keeps Jeremiah on his toes and fuels his passion for real estate sales. Specializing in residential income properties, Jeremiah has a strong track record of helping investors maximize their returns and expand their real estate portfolios. In addition to his investor clients, Jeremiah is passionate about creating inventory for residential buyers and sellers amid challenging market conditions.

Jeremiah grew up in Orange County and is an avid handicapper who enjoys heading to the Santa Anita and Del Mar racetracks to watch his favorite Thoroughbreds. He and his girlfriend own a horse in Newport’s back bay and love finding new hiking spots every weekend. In his free time, Jeremiah also delves into stock market exchanges or employs his Sommelier designation to savor old-world wines from around the globe, with which he pairs new cooking recipes.
