Adam Nicholas joins The Smith Group with over 10 years of real estate experience ranging from investor relations, to hotel development, and mortgage banking. Adam’s passion for real estate and breadth of knowledge across parallel industries affords him a deep understanding of the many details that determine value in an asset, such as construction quality, local market activity, and macro-economic trends.
Adam’s expertise in asset analysis is complemented by his innate creativity which he utilizes to successfully market an asset with a social and digital channel focus. Informed advising, clear communication and a genuine concern for his clients’ best interest are core to Adam’s business practices and critical to the seamless transactional experience for which Adam has become known.
Adam grew up in Coastal North County San Diego and relocated to Newport Beach after graduating from the University of San Diego and receiving a degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate. Living in coastal communities the vast majority of his life, Adam has a deep love and respect for the ocean and partakes in a multitude of aquatic hobbies including surfing, diving, sailing, and fishing.
When not in the water, Adam loves to travel and explore other cities, towns and beaches around the world. Some of his travel highlights include sailing through the Tahitian and Fijian archipelago, climbing a giant meteorite in Guatapé, Colombia, riding scooters through Bali, and enjoying the local cuisines throughout Mexico City, Porto, and London.
